Art Therapy & Creative Wellness Workshops
I create tailored creative wellness experiences for groups. My customized art therapy workshops, and psychoeducational programs help teams, workplaces, schools, and communities explore specific topics, build skills, and nurture collective well-being through guided, accessible art-making. Sessions are available both virtually and in-person.
Services Include:
- Art Therapy Workshops: Facilitated virtual or in-person sessions for processing, support, and growth within a therapeutic framework.
- Wellness & Team Workshops: Creative experiences focused on topics like stress resilience, communication, and team dynamics.
- Psychoeducation Sessions: Arts-based workshops for schools, agencies, and caregiver groups to explore mental health topics, self-care, and community building.
